Mer Princess Haruno

Haruno is a koi fish mermaid princess of the lost imperial shines. Haruno is the eldest daughter of the king and was raised under water. She is trained in the art of the miko (Shrine Maiden) and goes on land outside the underwater caves of mt. Furumi once a year to attend the spring festivals as an imperial guardian. She Travels onto the land with her magic sceptre which allows her to transform into a human and attend the festival as one of the protectors.  

I have a whole colour scheme worked out for her~ Since I love underwater themes so much and didn't have time to make a jellyfish princess last time I want to use my koi fish colouring scheme which has a red, orange, pink, silver+gold, blue and purple set. I never had  a good idea for a under water themed drawing until this contest so I'm so very happy with the way this came out.
